As we coast along the desert freeway in our rented vintage convertible, the worries and problems of our world slip away more and more. Cacti and sage and some delicate purple wildflowers speckle the landscape and it's such a shift from your normal day-to-day flora that your eyes fill with tears.

Desert Blossom is a lilac purple lacquer with pink to gold shimmer and a touch of microfine holographic glitter.
