    Thick but gorgeous

    "The formula is a little thick and hard to work with straight out of the bottle, which is a BIT odd because it seems like a jelly-ish base with shimmer shouldn't be, but alas. At two coats, the blue base is very apparent with the shimmer. At three, which I felt like was needed for full coverage on my long-ish nails, the shimmer really takes over in low or artificial light, and the blue is only really apparent in full sun. It's beautiful, though; it really glows."
