Pretty polish, frustrating cap

"Polish itself is very pretty, I love the glitters. Formula is fine. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the cap is really hard to hold and work with. The brush is also not great, but the newer paddle brush is nice. Please change the cap!"

I have not worn Rhapsody,

"I have not worn Rhapsody, but I did purchase it (as a gift) and swatched it. The base color is rather sheer in comparison to similar formulations from other companies. There is a good amount of shimmer, the green shimmer shows up nicely under blacklight. I am guessing that it builds beautifully."
