Food Court Flirt is a neon yellow lacquer with green shimmer than glows green in the dark.

DETAILS

Apply 2-3 coats for full coverage. To maximize wear time, we also recommend using a base coat and quick dry top coat.

To activate the glow in the dark pigment, you can supercharge your polish by sticking your hand under a UV light, in sunlight, or for best results under a black light for about 30 seconds. It will occasionally need to be recharged as you wear it.
