Ghosted is a blue glow in the dark topper.

Shake the bottle vigorously for 30 seconds before use. We recommend using the topper over other shades, or on its own, and then using a quick dry top coat on top. The polish will glow best when charged under a black light for 30+ seconds, but other lights and sunlight will also charge the polish.

Apply 1 coat of Glitter Tamer after 2-3 coats of polish and BEFORE Badass Glass/your quick dry top coat.
